One of the biggest gaps that we see and most wholesalers, businesses when we start to peel back the layers is predictability because most wholesalers never track their KPIs because they're never able to really dial in to produce predictable results over time. Now, KPIs stand for key point indicators. Are literally the heartbeat of a wholesaler's business. So why do no more wholesalers not keep track of these KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis?

I want to dial in with this strategy where we can talk about pulling out and analyzing some of these gaps. You will learn how can we create a system and a standard process so that we can start to fill the holes in your lead buckets. This will help you keep more leads and generate more revenue within your wholesaling business. The number one thing we want to look at is "what are the highest converting lists" that we are using for outbound marketing?

We love absentee owners out of state

When we look at the numbers across the board, out-of-state absentee owners are one of the highest converting lists with the exception of probate. Our goal is to figure out how many calls we have made and how many leads have come through the number of calls made. You also want to be very clear with what marketing piece you are using.

We have Cold Calling, SMS Messaging, Direct Mail, Door Hangers, Adwords, SEO, Bandit Signs, and more. The marketing piece used in your marketing message is super important and sometimes the smallest little tweak in your messaging can make all of the difference. We also want to track productivity as far as the lead qualifying team.

The lead qualifiers; mainly our cold callers or SMS agents are really operating in the back-end systems. We want to see how many leads we get based on the number of calls made. You might have one lead qualifier who pulls two leads out of every thousand records or another league qualifier might pull 10 to 20 leads out of that same list.
